Your government has been found out in a secret arms-for-hostages deal with an enemy nation. You must give that nation one nuclear warhead. In return the enemy "frees" one million people (gives them to you) for every 6 megatons of the warhead. (This can eliminate a player.) Due to the breaking scandal, you lose one turn. If you have no warheads, then you lose an additional turn. |
