Why would anyone want to dial down a warhead? In the real world, it maximizes one's flexibility in utilizing existing delivery systems. In game terms, well -- little is more frustrating than watching your enemy nuke your cities without response, because all you've got is small missiles and big warheads. It's worse than having no warheads. Hence this card. My further reading indicates that this is a more common thing than I'd believed. Maybe it would make sense as an installation: You could use any warhead as if it were a smaller one (including yield). We'll see. -=-BhpG 2005 0621 |
