Your scientists deploy a Focused Magnetic Anomaly Device.

When attacked by a bomber, expend a warhead and add its megatonnage to d100:

01-30 normal detonation
31-85 warhead misses (is lost)
86-110 bomber crashes
111-130 bomber hits random nation
> 130 You may direct bomber against any nation (for one turn)

Retain F.M.A.D. until 50 Mt or more have been expended.

Additional Notes and Information:

This card is probably ridiculously poweful. It's only been deployed a few times but seems very effective. The ability to keep it for up to 5 shots makes it very useful and will likely, in the future, be changed.
