You must assign a target nation; you may change targets by forgoing the effect of this card for one turn.Otherwise, on your turn, roll 1d6 and inflict the appropriate damage:

\This ability may be attacked like Atomic Cannon.
Additional Notes and Information:

Partisans are local troops, usually raised after their homeland is conquered by an invader. During World War II, there were three major partisan movements: the Free French; various Soviet cadres; and the Yugoslavian partisans. Though not militarily numerous, partisans can prove decisive in reversing an invasion, especially when supplied by the remnant of the original government or by foreign allies..
