This cannon may fire nuclear warheads (15 Mt or less) at any nation, regardless of distance.

However, the target must be fixed when the cannon is flipped over and cannot be changed. At any point when you are to draw a card, you may pick up this card instead. If played through the command line again, it may be given a new target.

This ability may be attacked like Atomic Cannon.

Those wacky German scientists and their vengeance weapons. Everyone knows about the V-1 and V-2, but there was also the V-3, an artillery system designed to hit London from the French coast. It worked by exploding multiple charges as the projectile raced down the barrel. Strictly speaking, this card should probably have been named after Project Babylon (the Iraqi supergun project), but you just can't beat the oldtime cachet of the Nazi superweapon program.

The V-3s (which were built but were destroyed by aerial attack before they could be used) could have hit only one, fixed target, which is the source of that restriction on this card.
