Launch like Killer Satellite.

Each turn, may attack one space-borne system (space platform, spy satellite, etc.). Roll 1d6:

1 Killer satellite fails and is destroyed.
2, 3 Killer satellite fails but survives.
4-6 Killer satellite succeeds and survives.

 

Additional Notes and Information:

A lot of space-borne systems have been added (space platform, spy satellite, Mir, Weather Control Satellite, Orbital Defenses). None of them are vulnerable, so it seemed time to upgrade the Killer Satellite. Note that this card is somewhat less successful (4 out of 6, rather than 5 out of 6) but much more hardy. (The original Killer Satellite is expnded after its first use.)

This card used to called "Upgraded Killer Satellite" but then I ran across this Cold War Russian term for "fighting satellite" and thought it was cooler. The odds were tweaked a little, too.
